The Fabric Studio

Surface design and fabric were the foundation of This Geek Life — a quiet exploration of pattern, color, and storytelling through textiles.

As a sewist and cosplayer, I often found myself searching for fabric designs that didn’t quite exist — subtle, story-inspired patterns that felt intentional rather than loud. So I began creating them myself.

Those early designs unexpectedly found their way into the hands of other makers, and what began as a personal creative experiment slowly evolved into something more. Today, those original patterns continue to live on Spoonflower for sewists, cosplayers, and cozy home creators.
