Return & Refund Policy

Hey there, friend — thank you so much for supporting This Geek Life Shop! Every item here is made to order and printed just for you through my print partner. Because of that, returns and exchanges work a little differently than traditional retail shops.

If something’s wrong with your order

I want you to love your new art! If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at shop@thisgeeklife.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once I receive your message, I’ll work with my print partner to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Change of mind & custom items

Since each product is custom-made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking a color in person. (I know — it’s a bummer!)

That said, I care deeply about your experience and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue that doesn’t quite fit the standard return policy, please reach out anyway — I’ll do my best to make it right, whether that’s through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Timeframe

All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How returns work

Because production and shipping is handled outside of my business, returned items can’t be sent directly back to me. Once I confirm the issue, I’ll guide you through the next steps to get things sorted quickly and easily.

But don't worry - I will make sure the process is as painless and as seamless as possible.

Exceptions

There are items that cannot be returned for any reason:

  • digital products
  • customized products

Quick recap

  • Report any issue within 30 days

  • Include photos and your order number

  • No returns for buyer’s remorse or custom art

  • I’ll help resolve eligible issues with refunds, replacements, or store credit
