Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Thank you so much for supporting This Geek Life Shop! Each item is made to order and shipped directly from my trusted print partner, Printify, which means your purchase is created especially for you.

Processing & Production Time

Because all products are custom-printed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. (I promise it’s worth the wait — your item is being made with care!)

Shipping Time & Carriers

Once your order ships, typical delivery times within the U.S. are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs

All orders include tracking information once shipped. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control (looking at you, USPS 👀).

Of course, if your order is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Shipping Regions

Currently, I ship within the United States only. But as soon as we figure out the situation with tariffs and taxes to international customers, we will definitely start shipping outside of the US again! 

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package seems delayed or missing, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier.

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days since your expected delivery, email me at shop@thisgeeklife.com so I can help investigate or request a replacement.
